What Are You Ready to Leave Behind?

Sunday offers us a quiet doorway between what has been and what is yet to come.

Before stepping into a new week, take a moment to turn inward. Not to criticize yourself for what you didn't accomplish, but to gently notice what you have been carrying.

Some things deserve to come with you.

Others don't.

Maybe it is an old worry you've been replaying. A conversation you can't change. An expectation you placed upon yourself. A mistake you keep using as proof that you aren't enough.

You don't have to carry everything simply because you've carried it for a long time.

🕯️ A Moment of Reflection

Find a quiet place and take a few slow breaths.

Ask yourself:

What has been weighing on me this week?

Is it something I can change, or something I need to release?

What expectation of myself has become too heavy?

What am I ready to forgive myself for?

What would feel lighter if I stopped carrying it?

Write whatever comes to mind.

There is no need to make it beautiful. No need to find the perfect answer.

Sometimes simply naming something takes away a little of its power.

🌿 The Sunday Release

Close your eyes and imagine placing everything you no longer wish to carry into an old wooden box.

Your worries.

Your regrets.

Your unfinished business.

Your need to have everything figured out.

Close the lid.

You don't have to destroy it.

You don't have to solve it.

For tonight, you are simply choosing not to carry it into tomorrow.

Take a deep breath and say:

“I release what is not mine to carry.

I forgive what cannot be changed.

I make room for what is meant for me.”

Let the words settle.

✨ Carry This With You

Release does not mean forgetting.

It means choosing not to let the past occupy every corner of your present.

You can remember without reliving.

You can learn without punishing yourself.

You can love who you were while still becoming someone new.

As this week comes to a close, give yourself permission to put something down.

You deserve to enter a new week with room for peace, possibility, and a little everyday magic.

🌙 Your Sunday Affirmation

“I release yesterday with compassion.

I welcome tomorrow with trust.

I am allowed to begin again.”

What will you leave behind this week?
