🌙 Sunday Weekly Reflection
A Quiet Look Back Before You Begin Again

There is something sacred about the space between one week and the next.
Sunday does not ask you to have everything figured out. It simply offers you a moment to pause, breathe, and notice where you have been.
Before you rush toward tomorrow, give yourself permission to look back.
✦ What did this week teach you?
Maybe you discovered something about yourself.
Maybe you handled something better than you expected.
Maybe you stumbled, became overwhelmed, changed your mind, or simply made it through.
It all counts.
Growth isn't always dramatic. Sometimes growth looks like setting one small boundary.
Choosing rest instead of guilt. Speaking kindly to yourself. Walking away from something that no longer feels right.
Take a moment to honor those quiet victories.
🕯️ Your Weekly Reflection
Find a quiet place. Light a candle if you wish, make yourself a cup of tea, or simply sit somewhere comfortable.
Then ask yourself:
What am I proud of from this week?
What challenged me?
What emotion visited me most often?
What am I ready to release?
What do I want to carry with me into the coming week?
Don't worry about writing the "right" answers.
Let your thoughts come as they are.
🌿 A Little Everyday Magic
Place your hand over your heart and take three slow breaths.
With each breath, imagine yourself releasing the weight of the past week.
On the final breath, quietly say:
“I honor where I have been.
I release what I no longer need.
I welcome what is waiting for me.”
You don't need to know exactly what comes next.
Sometimes the magic is simply trusting that you will meet it when you arrive.
✨ Carry This Into the Week
You survived every difficult moment that brought you here.
You also experienced moments of joy, laughter, connection, discovery, and possibility.
Take the lessons.
Leave the unnecessary weight.
And step into the new week with a little more compassion for yourself than you had before.
You are allowed to begin again as many times as you need.
🌙 Your Sunday Reminder
I do not need to have everything figured out.
I only need to honor where I am today.
The past week has taught me.
The coming week is mine to create.
